(un)familiar landscapes is a project I began in 2025 with the generous support of the City of Hamilton's City Enrichment Fund. These pieces are 3'x4' each, mounted on aluminum panel, and when hung together form a continuous landscape. Each features a unique piece of historic Hamilton architecture.  (un)familiar landscapes appeared at Art Fair Hamilton in the Cotton Factory in the fall of 2025 where they were seen by over 5,000 visitors.

I can't stress enough the value of public funding for the arts. Arts grants often enable artists to make work that would not otherwise be created. Arts funding ensures a healthy arts community, enriches our public spaces, creates opportunity for dialogue, provides culture and entertainment for local venues, and brings visitors to the city.  I am so grateful to the City of Hamilton for their support of my work.
